KPWS Digital Delivery Policy

Effective date: 2026-10-03

KPWS products are digital PDF resources. No physical products are sold at launch. Each product page lists the included files, study duration and license scope. Initial sales are limited to U.S. customers. Checkout shows the applicable total before payment.

After your payment is confirmed, checkout provides access instructions and sends a receipt or access email to the address you entered. Most confirmed orders should be available within a few minutes. Payments awaiting confirmation may take longer, and downloads are released after confirmation.

If you do not receive access instructions within 15 minutes of a confirmed payment, check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@thekpws.com with your order number and purchase email. We can help locate your order and restore access. Do not send payment-card details or passwords.

You need an internet connection to download the files and a device or application that opens PDFs. Save a personal backup after downloading. Files are designed for reading and permitted printing; they are not described as interactive fillable forms unless the product page specifically says so.

Your license covers the edition purchased. It does not promise every future edition, lifetime updates, or permanent hosted storage. Contact us if you lose access to your purchased edition. Download links are for authorized recipients and must not be posted publicly.

Complete contains overlapping study paths. Foundation and Journey adapt material from the full workbook. Complete is a collection of ways to study and apply the framework, not four entirely unrelated curricula.
