A Christian men's discipleship program for everyday faith
KPWS is a Christian men's discipleship study by Lance Williams. It organizes Scripture study and practical application around King, Priest, Warrior, and Shepherd: responsible leadership, prayer and worship, spiritual courage, and care for others. Men can study individually or with a self-organized group.
A biblical manhood study grounded in responsibility and service
KPWS approaches biblical manhood through four connected roles: King, Priest, Warrior, and Shepherd. The study asks men to practice wise responsibility, prayer, spiritual courage, and patient care under God. Its emphasis is on conduct and service in everyday relationships.
Fatherlessness and Christian identity: room for honest reflection
KPWS includes teaching about father wounds and identity in Christ within its Warrior material. The study invites men to reflect on their story, examine patterns, and take a supported next step. It does not require public disclosure, contact with an unsafe person, or a particular emotional outcome.
How to lead a Christian men's group with KPWS
To lead a KPWS group, choose a study track, prepare the Scripture and questions, invite honest discussion, and end with a practical commitment. The existing Leader's Guide suggests weekly meetings of 60 to 75 minutes for 6 to 12 men. The leader facilitates conversation and follow-through.
Men's ministry resources for churches and small groups
KPWS helps churches and men’s groups connect Scripture with honest discussion and practical action. Plan for 6 to 12 men meeting weekly for 60 to 75 minutes, with personal workbook study between gatherings.
