About these terms

KPWS is operated by Lance Williams. These terms describe purchases, delivery, support, and permitted use of KPWS digital resources.

Read the product description and applicable license before purchasing. Checkout will ask you to accept the terms that apply to your order.

Initial sales are limited to U.S. customers. You must provide accurate checkout information and have authority to make the purchase. A group purchaser must have authority to act for the named organization or group.

Digital products and purchases

KPWS sells electronically delivered PDF resources and digital licenses. No physical products are sold at launch.

The principal products are:

- KPWS 4-Week Foundation.
- KPWS 12-Week Journey.
- KPWS Complete Experience.

The product page and order identify the included resources, edition, license scope, participant quantity where applicable, and price. Complete includes the Leader's Guide.

Foundation and Journey adapt material from the full workbook. Complete contains overlapping study paths, not entirely unrelated curricula.

Checkout displays the amount payable, including applicable tax, before payment. Church or nonprofit status does not automatically establish a tax exemption.

Digital delivery and access

Files are released after payment is confirmed. A pending or failed payment does not grant download access.

Access instructions are provided through the purchase flow and transactional email. Most confirmed orders should be available within a few minutes, but delayed payment confirmation or service interruptions may take longer.

If instructions have not arrived within 15 minutes of confirmed payment, check spam and promotions folders, then contact support@thekpws.com with your order number and purchase email.

You need an internet connection and a device or application that can open PDFs. The files support reading and permitted printing. They are not represented as interactive fillable forms unless expressly described that way.

Download links may expire or be subject to reasonable security limits. Keep them private. Contact support for recovery if your link expires or access fails. Changing an order email requires verification through the approved recovery process.

Save a private backup of your purchased edition. The purchase does not promise permanent hosted storage, every future edition, lifetime updates, or additional services.

Refunds

Contact support@thekpws.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for the order, including applicable tax. Include your order number and purchase email. You do not need to disclose personal circumstances or complete the workbook first.

For a group purchase, the purchasing coordinator should request a refund for the entire pack. We do not offer partial change-of-mind refunds for unused seats. This does not limit remedies for faulty or misdescribed content.

After a refund, permission to use the refunded materials ends. Stop using them and remove downloaded, printed, and distributed copies. A group coordinator must notify participants. Further download access is revoked where supported.

Refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Contact us about missing, damaged, inaccessible, or materially misdescribed files even after 14 days. We will work to provide the correct files or another remedy required by law.

This voluntary refund policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Any legally required consent to immediate digital delivery does not remove this 14-day policy or rights concerning defective content.

Personal-use license

A personal purchase grants one person a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased edition for personal study.

You may:

- Keep the files on your own devices.
- Make a private backup.
- Print one working copy for your own use, including through a print shop.
- Discuss what you learn with others.

If Complete includes the Leader's Guide, you may use it to facilitate discussion with people who have their own licensed participant materials. Receiving the Guide does not authorize copying workbooks for other participants.

Copyright remains with the applicable rights holder. Scripture and third-party materials retain their respective notices and rights.

Church and group licenses

A group license permits the organization named on the order to provide the specified resources to the purchased number of participants in its identified study cohort.

One participant seat covers one person receiving participant files or a printed workbook.

Every paid group license includes one Leader's Guide for the designated facilitator without consuming a participant seat. The Guide does not increase the number of participant copies allowed. A facilitator who also needs a participant workbook requires an appropriate participant license unless the order expressly includes one.

The coordinator may distribute licensed files privately to assigned participants and arrange one working printed copy for each. Short discussion excerpts may be displayed during the group's licensed meetings.

Participants may keep and reuse their assigned edition for personal study after the group ends.

Unassigned seats may be allocated to participants. Once materials have been assigned and provided, that seat cannot be transferred to another person. A later cohort needs seats for new recipients. Returning participants may continue using their own licensed copies.

Keep a record of seats used. KPWS does not require participant stories or a participant roster.

Group leaders are responsible for their meetings, conduct, safeguarding, and participant care. KPWS does not supervise groups. Do not require participants to disclose painful experiences, and explain that confidentiality may be limited by safety duties or law.

Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by a group license or applicable law, you may not:

- Redistribute, resell, or give purchased files to other people.
- Post files or access links publicly.
- Place files in unrestricted shared drives or church-wide libraries.
- Remove copyright or other rights notices.
- Reproduce, translate, or distribute adapted editions without written permission.
- Publish recordings that reproduce substantial workbook content.
- Bypass download controls or use another person's access credentials.

A group pack is not an unlimited church, multi-campus, or transferable organization license.

Support and included services

For downloads, refunds, corrections, and technical help, contact support@thekpws.com. Transactional messages are sent from order@thekpws.com, with replies directed to support. Use hello@thekpws.com for general and group inquiries.

Our response target is two business days, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, excluding U.S. public holidays. This is not a guaranteed resolution time.

Provide your order number, purchase email, product name, and a brief explanation. Remove payment information and private journal content from screenshots. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

A purchase does not include individual coaching, counseling, pastoral appointments, a supplied mentor, or a hosted men's group. KPWS does not guarantee a particular spiritual, personal, marital, family, or ministry outcome.

Privacy

The KPWS Privacy Policy explains how purchase, access, operational, and support information is handled. A purchase does not automatically enroll you in marketing or a newsletter.

Service interruptions and misuse

Checkout or download services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, provider failures, or security reasons. Contact support if an interruption affects a confirmed purchase.

We may restrict unauthorized access or distribution while investigating misuse. Any action remains subject to your applicable consumer rights and valid purchase rights.

Updates and your rights

The terms presented for your purchase govern that purchase. Later changes do not automatically reduce the license or refund rights already granted.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
