KPWS is operated by Lance Williams.

For general questions and church or group inquiries, email hello@thekpws.com. For order and receipt questions, email order@thekpws.com. For downloads, refunds and technical help, email support@thekpws.com. Our target is to reply within two business days, Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, excluding U.S. public holidays. This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product name and a short description of the problem. A screenshot of an error can help, but remove payment details and private journal content. We will never ask you to send your account password or full payment-card number.

We can help with purchase access, incorrect or damaged files, refund requests and permitted use. A workbook purchase does not include individual coaching, counseling, pastoral appointments, a supplied mentor or a hosted men's group. For personal spiritual support, consider speaking with a trusted local pastor or qualified professional appropriate to your needs.
