Men's ministry resources for churches and small groups
KPWS helps churches and men’s groups connect Scripture with honest discussion and practical action. Plan for 6 to 12 men meeting weekly for 60 to 75 minutes, with personal workbook study between gatherings.
1. Choose your group and study path
Use KPWS with a men’s ministry, a small discipleship group, or trusted friends. Pastors can review the biblical teaching; facilitators help men discuss it and follow through.
Foundation introduces the four roles in four weeks. Journey is a complete 12-week study. The full workbook follows a four-month path. Choose one track that fits your group’s calendar and commitment. See the program pages for license options.
2. Prepare leaders and participants
The Leader’s Guide supports preparation, discussion, prayer, and accountability. Participant workbooks supply the Scripture, teaching, reflection, and practical challenges men use between meetings.
Complete includes the Leader’s Guide free alongside the three workbook paths. The guide is a facilitation resource, not unlimited permission to copy or share participant workbooks. Choose the appropriate 10- or 25-participant group license before distributing materials.
3. Use a simple weekly meeting flow
The existing Leader’s Guide recommends 6 to 12 men and weekly meetings of 60 to 75 minutes. Its meeting structure can be adapted to the time and needs of your group.
- Welcome: share a win or challenge from the week.
- Pray: invite God to shape the conversation.
- Read: introduce the Scripture and key teaching.
- Discuss: ask prepared questions and listen carefully.
- Apply: invite each man to choose a practical commitment.
- Close: pray together and arrange follow-up.
4. Carry the lesson into the week
Invite men to read, reflect, and complete the workbook challenges between meetings. Encourage a conversation with a trusted accountability partner. Begin the next gathering by reviewing what they put into practice.
Model humility, make space for quieter men, and allow participants to keep sensitive journal responses private. Follow your church’s safeguarding and support practices.

Questions and answers
Can our church use KPWS as a men's small-group curriculum?
The material is designed for personal and group study. Churches can evaluate it now, but must confirm access permissions, licensing, and the selected program's release status before distributing materials.
Does Complete cover everyone in our group?
A personal license does not grant group distribution rights. Choose a paid 10- or 25-participant group license. One facilitator Leader's Guide is included without using a participant seat.
Is the 12-week curriculum ready to run?
Yes. KPWS 12-Week Journey is a complete discipleship study for individuals and groups. The Leader’s Guide supports the 12-week study path and is included with every paid group license. See the program pages for license options.
