A Christian men's discipleship program for everyday faith

KPWS is a Christian men's discipleship study by Lance Williams. It organizes Scripture study and practical application around King, Priest, Warrior, and Shepherd: responsible leadership, prayer and worship, spiritual courage, and care for others. Men can study individually or with a self-organized group.

What problem does this study address?

A man can value his faith and still struggle to connect it with ordinary decisions. KPWS addresses that gap by pairing biblical teaching with reflection, accountability, and a concrete next step. The material asks how faith affects time, relationships, work, prayer, and responsibility.

The purpose is to build a practice of applying Scripture. Reading a lesson is the starting point. The next question is what you will do with it, and who can help you follow through.

What is in a men's ministry workbook?

The existing KPWS workbooks include Scripture references, teaching, reflection questions, declarations of faith, and practical challenges. The full original study follows a 16-week sequence. Its lessons supply the teaching foundation for the shorter guided tracks.

Bring your own Bible and read the referenced passages in context. Write an honest response before turning your reflection into one manageable action. An accountability conversation can help you review what happened without treating a missed commitment as something to hide.

How the four roles work together

King focuses on wisdom, stewardship, integrity, and responsibility. Priest focuses on identity in Christ, worship, prayer, and teaching faith through relationships. Warrior focuses on spiritual readiness, courage, endurance, and standing in truth. Shepherd focuses on patient guidance, protection, and care.

These are connected areas of practice. A difficult conversation may call for a King's responsibility, a Priest's prayer, a Warrior's courage, and a Shepherd's care. The framework provides language for examining that response.

Choose a realistic study rhythm

KPWS 4-Week Foundation is the focused introduction, with one week per role. KPWS 12-Week Journey is a new adaptation arranged around three weeks per role and 60 sessions. KPWS Complete Experience includes both tracks, the full original workbook, and the Leader's Guide free.

Personal license prices are $29, $79, and $149 USD respectively. Choose by the time and support you can sustain, and review the license options before buying.

Use the study on your own or with others

An individual can use a workbook for personal study and arrange a weekly conversation with a trusted friend. A small group can use the same material to connect private reflection with shared discussion. Pastors and ministry leaders can evaluate the teaching and decide how it fits their church's discipleship approach. No hosted community, coach, or assigned mentor is included.
