KPWS Church/Group License

A KPWS group license authorizes the organization named on the order to provide the specified product to the purchased number of people in its identified study cohort. One seat means one participant who receives the participant files or a printed workbook. Each paid group license also includes one Leader’s Guide for the designated facilitator. That Guide does not count as a participant seat and does not increase the number of participant copies allowed. A facilitator, including an additional facilitator, who needs a participant workbook must have an appropriate participant license unless the order specifically includes one.

The coordinator may distribute files privately to assigned participants and arrange one printed working copy for each. The group may display short discussion excerpts during its own licensed meetings. Participants may keep and reuse their assigned edition for personal study after the group ends.

Unassigned seats may be allocated to different people. Once materials are assigned and provided to a participant, that seat is used and cannot be passed to another person. A later cohort needs seats for new recipients. Returning participants may continue using their own licensed copies. Simply keep track of how many seats you have used. You do not need to send us participant stories or a participant roster.

The license does not permit public download links, unrestricted church-wide file sharing, resale, distribution to another organization, or publishing recordings that reproduce the workbook's substantial content. It is not an unlimited church or multi-campus license. Contact hello@thekpws.com for additional seats or a broader arrangement.

Foundation and Journey group packs include the selected participant resource, Start Here instructions, group-use terms and one Leader’s Guide for the designated facilitator. Complete group packs include the Complete participant resources and one facilitator Guide. No separate Complete purchase is required for a Foundation or Journey group facilitator to receive the included Guide. The Guide is for the designated facilitator; participant distribution remains limited to the seats purchased.

Group leaders remain responsible for their meetings, conduct, safeguarding and care. Invite honest discussion without requiring participants to disclose painful experiences. Explain that confidentiality has limits where safety, safeguarding duties or law require action. KPWS does not provide group supervision or guarantee personal outcomes.

Church or nonprofit status does not automatically remove checkout tax. Any exemption must be verified through the checkout provider's applicable process before it is applied.

The order record identifies the organization, coordinator, product, edition, seat count and price. Refunds follow the KPWS refund policy and applicable law. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict remain unaffected.
