KPWS Refund Policy

We want you to understand what you are buying and have a fair opportunity to begin. If your KPWS purchase is not right for you, contact support@thekpws.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid for that order, including applicable tax handled through checkout. Include your order number and purchase email. You do not need to share personal circumstances or complete the workbook to request a refund.

For a group purchase, the purchasing coordinator should make the request for the entire pack and tell participants that their permission to use the refunded materials ends. We do not offer partial change-of-mind refunds for unused seats within a pack. This does not limit any rights you have when content is faulty or does not match its description.

Once a refund is approved, stop using the refunded materials and remove downloaded, printed and shared copies. We will disable further download access where supported. Refunds go to the original payment method through the checkout provider. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears.

Contact us whenever a file is missing, damaged, inaccessible or materially different from its description, even after 14 days. We will work to provide the correct file or another remedy required by applicable law. This voluntary policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

If checkout requires consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledgment of the effect on statutory cancellation rights, that consent does not remove this voluntary 14-day policy or rights concerning defective content.
