Where should you begin?
Choose Foundation for a short introduction, Journey for a 12-week rhythm , or the full workbook for the four-month study. You do not need to finish every track in order. They revisit overlapping teaching at different depths.
If you are leading a group, review the Leader’s Guide alongside your chosen participant workbook. The relaunch Guide is organized around 4-week, 12-week and 16-week study paths and is included with Complete.

The full teaching path
Four weeks per role across the original 16-week study, with 84 daily lessons. Some weeks contain more lessons than others.
Two shorter starting paths
Foundation and Journey adapt overlapping teaching from the flagship. Their lesson counts are not additional unique content.
Facilitation support
The Leader’s Guide describes discussion, prayer, accountability, and weekly meetings. It is not a group copying license.
How to use this program
Read the assigned Scripture, study the teaching, reflect in writing, and choose a practical action. Arrange a regular conversation with a trusted partner if helpful. Work at a pace that allows you to put the material into practice.
For group use, review participant permissions and church guidance and the guide to leading a men’s group.
What is not included
No physical book, live coaching, hosted community, provided accountability partner, or certificate is included. The material is Christian discipleship teaching and does not promise specific personal or relationship outcomes.
