KINGS · PRIESTS · WARRIORS · SHEPHERDS
What does Warrior mean in KPWS?
In KPWS, Warrior means spiritual courage, perseverance, and faithful action. It includes resisting temptation, guarding commitments, and honestly addressing wounds of the past. Spiritual battle does not authorize hostility or violence toward people.
Put this role into practice
- Name one temptation or neglected commitment honestly.
- Ask a trusted person for support.
- Choose a faithful action you can repeat this week.
An everyday example
When avoidance is easier than honesty, tell the truth, ask for help, and agree on a practical next step. Courage can be quiet and accountable.
Scripture and source teaching
Read these passages in context: Ephesians 6:10–18; 2 Timothy 1:7; Psalm 34:18; John 8:36. This explanation is adapted from the Warrior teaching in Lance Williams’s KPWS workbook.
